Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for most items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items are exempt from being returned:

Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team via email at info@tarpaulinexperts.co.uk.
- Provide your order number and a clear explanation of why you wish to return the item.
- Our team will review your request and provide you with return instructions, including the return shipping address.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning their item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all eligible returns. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
